General Promotional Terms and Conditions

1. These General Promotional Terms and Conditions are valid for all bonuses, rewards, offers and promotions (named further below collectively as “Promotion”).

2. The Promotions are valid for real money players, registered on Playonwin website. All customers must be 18 years of age or over. In certain cases, only verified users can take part in Promotions.

3. All Promotions are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, NETeller etc), and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace.

4. Each Promotion may have specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to requirements for player eligibility to enter a promotion, or opt in, or qualify for a bonus crediting, or bonus accepting, unlocking or wagering.

5. A Promotion may be open to all users on the website or to selected group of users. In any case, the operator may limit, at its discretion, the eligibility for participation in any Promotion.

6. A Promotion may require the user to make one or series of activities, including but not limited to a real money deposit (incl. minimum amount), sport bet (incl. required amount, minimum odds), casino bet (incl. required amount, eligible or non-eligible games). User may be required also to specifically accept a bonus offered within the account.

7. A Promotion shall have a validity (start and end time), including but not limited to specific time requirements for meeting any of its conditions. Examples of such requirements may be related (but not limited) to bonus acceptance, wagering.

8. A withdrawal request submitted prior to receiving a bonus, or during its unlocking or wagering shall void bonus eligibility, bonus itself and any associated winnings out of it.

9. Void bets, cash out bets, bets placed using Free Bet bonuses or Free Spins, promotional cash bets and system bets are not eligible for meeting Promotional bonus eligibility, unlocking or wagering.

10. Only one active bonus is permitted per customer at any given time. Sport bonuses cannot be transferred and used in casino, live casino/for casino bets. Casino bonuses cannot be transferred and used for sports bets.

11. There is no general restriction on payment method for any promotion, unless specifically stated.

12. If a bonus is credited as a Sport Free Bet, and a sport bet placed using a Free Bet is won, then the value of the Free Bet shall be deducted from the winning payout. In that case, only the net winning would be credited to the player’s account.

13. If casino Free Spins are credited to a player and there any winnings out of them (after being used), those winnings may be either credited to the player’s account as real money, or as a casino bonus with wagering requirement.

14. Each promotional bonus or reward (once credited to a player) may have conditions for unlocking or wagering, before such a bonus can be used or any winnings out of it can be withdrawn.

15. Placing bets in different casino games may have different contribution for meeting the required unlocking or wagering conditions. A list with the games’ contribution can be found below.

16. There may be a maximum amount that can be withdrawn out of a potential winning from any promotional bonus or reward.

17. The operator reserves the right to close, withdraw or modify any Promotion to any customers, in any moment and without prior notice, if operator suspects that any Promotion is used for any other reason than for entertainment and recreational betting, for example, but not limited to the following situations: fraud, bonus abuse, arbitrage or obtaining advantages in an illegal way (including but not limited to using automated and/or artificial software or tools).

18. In the event of a breach of The General Promotional Terms and Conditions, or the specific promotional terms and conditions, the operator reserves the right to refuse offering a bonus or reward to a player, or forfeit any bonus amount and associated winning out of it, or void affected bets, at operator’s discretion.

19. The operator is the only arbiter of any Promotion and its decision is final. The operator also reserves the right to ask for relevant documents before offering a promotion and/or crediting any bonus or reward. Operator’s standard rules apply as well.

20. In the event of serious breach of the terms and conditions by a user, the operator also reserves the right to levy an administration fee on the account, to cover administrative costs.

21. The operator reserves the right to amend the General Promotional Terms and Conditions without justification, with or without a prior notice.
